Since 9.0.10 we have not been able to access mailboxes; it hangs on loading.

I have updated to 9.0.12 and the issue is still present.

I have also tried clearing cache and cookies since the update to see if that was an issue since the UI was updated, but I am still having the same problem.

        Hello @apesorguk
So the issue is with the Cloudron Dashboard, correct?
Please restart the box.service once on your Cloudron server.
Then, when trying to access the mailboxes in the Cloudron Dashboard, please have the browser network inspector open and see if there are errors.
Also, the log of /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log when trying to access mailboxes would be very useful.

same here with 9.0.12. 32 Mailboxes, 37 domains, countless aliases and 57 seconds to load them.

I can confirm that it becomes really slow in responding and showing the mailbox list. The issue is the usage information is fetched (and calculated) before we show the list.

We will change that to do this in the background.

So I found that while trying to load mailboxes, it crashes the Mailbox Service. I have had to increase the mailbox to 7GB to get it to load, but still very slow at loading.

@nebulon Process can be changed using the same logic of the Disk Usage (fetch and calculate it in async mode or manually when requested)

Fetching usage in the background is now solved with https://git.cloudron.io/platform/box/-/commit/4575a0ddce9d9cd7631e9a15b15c7caa5f4f1344
