Not Responding Filter Lists Error states, yet apps are responding

When filtering the App List in 9.0.15 for Non Responsive apps, it lists Apps with Error states which are not down, aren't clickable as a link, and are fully up and responding to health checks.
Clicking the app goes to the Repair page, showing:
Error - Task 31533 stopped
This looks like a backup task issue, which could be better signaled in the App tile and error state. Proposals?
Also the button should lose the 'update' text since it covers a total of 5 different things, not just updates.
What else can be improved?
When navigating back, the App List filter resets, I know we have a task for that one already, so I'll just add that it would be nice to have nav breadcrumbs here so we can easily go back.
