Thanks for the report. Turns out old checklist items didn't have those properties when acknowledged and we forgot to create a database migration for this. This is fixed for next release with https://git.cloudron.io/platform/box/-/commit/d04afc26e7a1bca6f8a19b1d408dfaf76968ba85
