    Good morning!
I've spin up Calendar for a test ride and it looks very nice!

However we have an issue with the formatting of the ICS file when sending an event invitation.

My email provider (protonmail) flags it as an invalid invitation and does not integrate it within the calendar.
And when I check the .ics file with the icalendar validator (https://icalendar.org/validator.html) it confirms it is invalid with the following errors:

    Errors

Invalid TZID value or missing VTIMEZONE component (Europe/Paris) near line # 6Reference: 3.2.19. Time Zone Identifier
Invalid TZID value or missing VTIMEZONE component (Europe/Paris) near line # 6Reference: 3.2.19. Time Zone Identifier

    And here is the .ics

    BEGIN:VCALENDAR
    VERSION:2.0
    PRODID:-//Calendar App//EN
    CALSCALE:GREGORIAN
    METHOD:REQUEST
    BEGIN:VEVENT
    UID:event-7df5733c1c3f462c814b4169851ec93a
    DTSTAMP:20260806T091057Z
    DTSTART;TZID=Europe/Paris:20260807T090000
    DTEND;TZID=Europe/Paris:20260807T093000
    SUMMARY:hello
    SEQUENCE:0
    END:VEVENT
    END:VCALENDAR

I've tried to contribute a solution but the codebase for ics formatting was a bit more complex than I expected (and now it seems I cannot access the repo at all?).

Would it be possible to look into it?

    Thank you,
    Luis

@luisakakpo If you log in to our gitlab, you should see the repo. It is currently 'Internal' (i.e visible only for logged in users). I have been trying to tackle these AI bots last few weeks and made most of the stuff Internal. I hope to resolve the situation in the coming weeks.

I have fixed the problem though and fixed another issue which the validator found.

I get a 404 not found error when trying to access the repo at https://git.cloudron.io/apps/calendar.
Is that the correct place to access the repo?

I think that is because you are not in the Packaging group. I have added you now.
