    I reinstalled Cloudron on different VPS with difer IP because I needed my CPU/RAM/STORAGE and when putting in domain and my correct account it auto added me to "FREE" subscription instead of my 30$ paid one how do I fix?

    Currently, you have to write to support@cloudron.io and we will reassign the subscription to the new cloudron.

    @girish Just a suggestion:

    Why not allow users to reassign? This makes it so support can focus on real issues, and allows the user to change to a new server (if they dont use or want backups) easily.

    Essentially - Clicking into the options in the cloudron portal under subscriptions, and allow the user to change the UUID that is assigned (or whatever you guys call it in the backend, the serial, etc etc) to the current subscription.

    I had this issue last week as well. I think it's worth a thought at least.

    @murgero Yes, agreed. Starting coming Cloudron 4 release, this will happen automatically as long as the same cloudron.io user registers a cloudron with the same domain name.
