On my Wordpress Unmanaged apps Sucury Site Check gives a High Risk vulnerability warning: Nginx under 1.14.1

Nginx security Advisories gives: http://nginx.org/en/security_advisories.html

Is it correct Nginx < 1.14.1 is used or is this a false warning?

The version you are referring to is correct. So far we have stayed in-sync with ubuntu security updates, but probably have to revisit this and see if nginx can and should be indeed updated individually.
