    What do the red dots here mean?
    It looks like all emails are having errors.

      @Trankery The red dots mean there is something not right with the setup. If you click on them, it should take you the Status tab of the domain. Do you see any errors there?

              Is it required? Email works just fine without it.

                @Trankery Generally, it's good practice to set it up. See this post on the importance of PTR records. As you said, it's not required per-se and if email is working fine, maybe you can ignore the warning for now. Currently, we don't have a mechanism to "ignore" such warnings in the Cloudron UI.
