      Wow, that's a golden oldie, looks like it has come on a lot since I last looked - but:

      Cloud vs Open Source suggests you wouldn't get any of those features though:

      Nothing I hate more than per-user pricing for software - pricing should be related to resource usage and when 80% of my users never use 80% of the features, it's an artificial limitation and tax on choices that I do everything possible to avoid.

        @marcusquinn Yes, some features from the cloud version are not available in Open Source. However, there is a marketplace with many extensions in case additional features are required: https://marketplace.vtiger.com/app/listings
