@fbartels we just did a test with one user who sent a public link to 4 non-users, the 4th non-user (being the 5th attendee) couldn't join, he was redirected to the Kopano Meet login page.

Is there a maximum of public attendees?

        Hi @imc67,

no there are currently no limitations on how many users can join a call.

@fbartels Do you recognize or can you reproduce the scenario above?

@imc67 I am not able to reproduce the behavior with the Cloudron app. No problems here with one logged in user and seven guests.

I could only imagine that the last user somehow got the wrong link (the one without the guest flow) and therefore did see the login window.

@fbartels hmmm no the URL was correct and during the call I could reproduce it myself in a container browser window with that same URL 😞

If it happens again please check the logging of konnect and kwmserver. For the "failing guest login" it could also be helpful to see the http response for that request (should be a 403).

@fbartels said in Is there a max amount of "public" attendees?:

the logging of konnect and kwmserver.

where can I find these logs?

All those 4 'public attendees' now have an account (see my scenario) and so we're going to test with these users early next week.

You just have to check the app logs in cloudron.

@fbartels this week 3 Kopano Meet meetings (5 users, 6 users and 2 users + 3 guests) went completely fine!!!

Thanks for this great app and looking forward to the translations update.

                      Groeten,

                      Marcel.
