Attendize - Events Management, Tickets & Attendance

@jdaviescoates right! And thatβs exactly whatβs missing on Cloudron

@imc67 yeah, I'd love so have some of these great looking events platforms on Cloudron too! It's just that comparing them to Easy!Appointments just seems a bit strange to me given they are totally different tools
Other things missing from Cloudron include:
- XMPP server and web clients
- More/ better video conferencing meeting options (so we can actually run the events with organise using the events platforms - once we've got them! - on Cloudron too!), like Jitsi, BBB, or similar.
- etc

Totally agree, after almost a year of COVID-19, lockdowns and moving work to online we are missing these kind of apps or choices

@jdaviescoates Would one of the other chat solutions we already have replace the need for XMPP or does Attendize need one to light up their internal features?

I was only randomly mentioning (some) things sorely lacking from Cloudron (but e.g. when it comes to XMPP, included in Yunohost and HomeLabsOS) here. No actual relation to Attendize (which I've not tried) needs
But just to re-iterate off-topic again, I'd love Cloudron to have a XMPP server (e.g. ejabberd) and client (e.g. Movim - although I'd most like to try the Conversations Android client connected to a self-hosted ejabberd))

Given Eventbrite are now charging for free events with more than 25 people lots of people are looking for alternatives at the moment, so it'd be great to have one of these events/ ticketing solutions on Cloudron.
Here are the Docker instructions for Attendize:
