Prometheus is now available

Hi all,
Prometheus is now available in the app store. There's 2 apps:- Prometheus server - The Prometheus monitoring system and time series database.
- Prometheur alert manager - handles alerts sent by client applications such as the Prometheus server
Thanks to @eriktad for much of the work!
