      Dear all,

how I can operate some rule that globally discard spam messages, instead to put in SPAM folder?

      Thank's a lot!

@p44 Currently, there is no way to create global filters. Also, this approach seems a bit dangerous because no spam filter is perfect.

@girish Thank's Girish, I monitored Cloudron Spam filters and seems worked very very fine on my side. And yes, if we can risk to get a false positive, it's ok... but I don't want my spam folder full of spam.

Also, If I put manually some email in black list I don't want to see it again around... maybe I want to block some user because annoy...

In Cpanel we had an option to "discard" every spam message before it was marked and saved in folder, or to "discard" every message coming from a certain email address.

Can be interesting to see other users how managed this.

          Thank's a lot!

you should be able to create a sieve filter where messages in spam are deleted after some time, per mailbox.

@robi Ok, and remember to apply new one when creating a new mailbox... A little bit complicated...

@p44 have documentation? add it to the process steps. or an addendum for optimizing mail settings, or user guide optional settings.

@robi Yes, is right... I'll proceed in this way... I'll add to on-boarding check-list...

                  Thank's again

@girish will SPAM folders be emptied automatically? Eg. every 14 days?

@p44 They are not automatically removed, no.
