Does anyone have an EspoCRM Group emails setup showing email in the Email > Inbox?
-
Tried trawling their forum and all settings seem good - but still nothing showing in the Inbox.
Just wondering if I'm missing something or it might be a Cloudron-specific config issue?
-
Think we've solved, I didn't see the button in the top-right: "+ Create Scheduled Job" here:
Why they don't add them by default on setup I have no idea

Now I have this working - it is arguably the best webmail app on Cloudron

@marcusquinn excellent, how are you planning to use it?

@robi Overall, I'll be boilerplating an ideal CRM setup for almost any company to help others get off high-cost per-user systems like Freshdesk, Helpscout, Microsoft Dynamics CRM etc. However, CRM migrations can be a PITA, so perhaps better for new or smaller businesses before they are embedded.
I'm redesigning the layout and most modules to be a bit more of a self-explanatory workflow for finding, onboarding and happyifying clients.
Will pre-load with enriched and clean Lead data, and ideally automate the email validation with something like Trumail.
Once happy with this, will be moving on to the ideal companion apps & integrations, maybe Rocket.chat, certainly Wordpress, Woocommerce, Ghost.
I like to think of the team & suppliers as clients, as well as customers. So it's the Relationship Management part that I want to make happy for everyone, and that typically involved deduplicating and centralising data on each for a single source of truth and path to all other related data.
Best I can recommend is try it, I'd be surprised if anyone didn't like it, definitely a good choice for Cloudron.

@marcusquinn excellent.
Another piece that is needed is something like this forum which is a medium that helps track progress and planning without a full on project management app, giving many visibility to this process and ability to join in. It just needs a few good templates and organizational guidelines.
Email, chat and IM don't have this capability and are much more temporal with quickly fading value.

@robi Sure, if you couldn't design that into EspoCRM in an hour I'll give you your money back!

@marcusquinn only if it has dark mode

@marcusquinn only if it has dark mode

@robi Dark Reader works better for me than most Dark Modes so I just use that on everything nowadays and have no idea if things have a dark mode themselves because they always do for me
