I've just found a few new things to help my Mac run faster & quieter, so update my blog post on this if it helps others:

Naturally, it's a Ghost blog, hosted on Hetzner with Cloudron 🙂

@p44 Cool, thank you. The com.apple.finder.plist cleaning trick alone tends to help almost everyone that's had a Mac for a long time, especially when they've migrated setups from one Mac to another over the years.

Not had much time for blogging in the last year due to family needs, but certainly have a backlog of notes, drafts and other similar things.

I kinda of see it as an FAQ for all the things I find many people need, as well as a bit if showing how easy it is to blog with Ghost, which I'm a big fan of since discovering through Cloudron.

@marcusquinn I took a look of the article, and with no doubt I'll follow the cleaning trick because feets my specific case.

I saw a lot of interesting posts, also the app list. One of them, WebCatalog, I know very good thank's to a Cloudron user @marcusquinn that suggested me few months ago 😉

@p44 Webcatalog is good eh, I have maybe 10 apps and 20 workspaces running permanently in it, including all Cloudrons, Hosts, this forum etc.

He does update it a lot, so does need updating regularly, but I'm happy to contribute upstream tickets to help it evolve as I much prefer contained apps for things I have open all-day every-day to keep separate from my browser, that I use more for research and short-term stuff.

@marcusquinn Totally agree! The only missing big feature is ability to save password for web logins...
