Boards do not persist well
-
From a support ticket: I see that boards are stored as json files but the app does not seem to re-load a board.
Is there a syntax I should know for the link?
The stored board is named board-object-storage-plan.json but the URL is https://whiteboard.officetime.uk/boards/object-stores-plan#172,97,0.9
 i.e. it interprets it
Without the final #172,97,0.9 at end of URL, it does not seem to load.
I have to restore from backup to force it to find/load the board again.
 Any thoughts ?

Any thoughts ?@nebulon I had a reply from the software developer as below how to save / exit a board ? seems only option is to close browser window DEV : Yes, the board is always saved, every change is immediately persisted. You can close it when you want and you won't lose anything. how to open a previous board ? seems only way is to reload url DEV : You can also type the board name in the text field on the main page. So it seems it is not a bug as such, maybe a design feature.
I can live with this, but I think most "normal users" will find it confusing.
Especially closing the window to exit - seems counter-intuitive and most users will fear losing their work. But nothing to lose sleep over.
