I ran a paid instance with a handful of apps for a time, but ended up moving away from Cloudron and deleting the instance and canceling my subscription. Now, I'd like to run just one app (ok, maybe two) so I spun up a new cloudron instance. I am unable to add any apps at all. When trying to install the first app I get an error: "To install more apps, a paid subscription is required."

Is it somehow "remembering" my old instance/apps?

@jbaty indeed, if you used the same domain, it will match to your previous subscription status, since that is the most common use-case when users move or reinstall.

In your case, please send a mail to support@cloudron.io with domain and Cloudron ID, then I will reset this.
