File Access Error after Update 21.0.1

Hey everyone,
after updating our Nextcloud-Instanz from 20.0.9 to 21.0.1/21.0.2 some of our users cant access there files anymore.

Does anyone got the same error after update or does anyone knows how to fix it?

@side since the office apps are more or less stateless, in the past uninstalling the plugin in nextcloud and installing it fresh has solved some issues. Maybe this helps, but also maybe ask upstream with the Nextcloud community.

Can you check the below:
- Are the certs for the onlyoffice installation valid?
- Give the onlyoffice app more memory.
