    Dear Support Team,

    On Email configuration of my domain:

    This server's IP XX.XX.XX.XX is on a blocklist.
    Sorbs spam.dnsbl Zone

    When sending a test mail to mail-tester.com I get 10/10 points and my server's IP is not listed in any Blocklists mail-tester.com is querying.

    Why do you still use Sorbs spam.dnsbl Zone to query the server's IP?

    Thanks
    Matthäus

    @theompm said in Sorbs Blocklist:

    I guess just because lots of other people do too. Hence, if you don't get your IP off the list your email will end up in spam whenever you email someone whose service provider does use Sorbs

    I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

    @theompm pretty much what @jdaviescoates said. It's a service that is used by other email service providers to check the health of an IP address. Note that the status message is simply "advisory" in nature, and it does not affect Cloudron mail server at all. You can ignore it, if you don't think it's a big deal.
