      Hello All,
We seem to be having issues where connections to OpenVPN connect for a couple seconds and the connection resets. Has anyone seen an issue with the following error:

{device_name}/{IP:PORT} IP packet with unknown IP version=0 seen
      {device_name}/{IP:PORT} Connection reset, restarting [0]

      Oct 04 16:42:37 Mon Oct 4 20:42:37 2021 {device_name}/{IP:PORT} Outgoing Data Channel: Cipher 'AES-256-GCM' initialized with 256 bit key
      Oct 04 16:42:37 Mon Oct 4 20:42:37 2021 {device_name}/{IP:PORT} Incoming Data Channel: Cipher 'AES-256-GCM' initialized with 256 bit key
      Oct 04 16:42:38 Mon Oct 4 20:42:38 2021 {device_name}/{IP:PORT} IP packet with unknown IP version=0 seen
      Oct 04 16:42:47 Mon Oct 4 20:42:47 2021 {device_name}/{IP:PORT} Connection reset, restarting [0]
      Oct 04 16:42:47 Mon Oct 4 20:42:47 2021 {device_name}/{IP:PORT} SIGUSR1[soft,connection-reset] received, client-instance restarting

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Does this happen on every internet connection you try, or only a specific one? If so, what kind of connection is it? In which country? Because this looks like it may be the network blocking OpenVPN connections with DPI.

@mehdi So far it seems to specifically from one connection (desktop pc) using ethernet in the United States. Some other devices can connect without issue (EX: iPhone).

@jlx89 This seems related to your ISP then, not Cloudron. I don't think there's much to do to help on the cloudron side of things. Sorry.

@mehdi Ok, I appreciate it. I'll double check, but just to confirm I just checked a laptop connected to the same network and no issues -- seems to specifically be one device.

@jlx89 Oh OK. So it's probably something to do with your desktop PC's OS / network config / VPN Client software. What are you using ?

@mehdi Windows 10, OpenVPN App (Current Version) -- no recent changes to this computer. I did try reinstalling OpenVPN Connect and setting up the config again -- same issue.

I actually just figured it out, somehow the profile had some sort of error in it. I generated another one and it fixed the problem. I appreciate the help!
