    Hi there

For some time now we've been getting a lot of certificate emails which I mostly have ignored because they're for domains I don't use nor care about, but nevertheless emails issued by my cloudron server will be sent.

On Christmas Day we received an email about our main domain name for the actual dashboard though, and now we can no longer access the dashboard my.websitename.com and it's problematic for us. How do we fix this or diagnose what the issue is stemming from, if we can't access to the GUI?

We did a bit of troubleshooting but aren't sure what exactly fixed it, but now were' able to get back on the dashboard. We're worried this might happen again though since we're not clear on what caused it exactly.

@zezaung could this be related to your DNS issue from your other forum thread? Which certificate provider have you configured?
