Can't get beyond setup wizard

I installed RC inside Cloudron. Seems to work, but can't get beyond setup wizard. It sends a confirmation email and then I get success confirming the email. RC says "Email Confirmed! You can return to your RC application -- we have launched your workspace already." But when I go to RC it takes me back to the wizard. Stuck in a loop.

@dhburns Can confirm. It looks like https://docs.rocket.chat/quick-start/creating-the-first-administrator does not work anymore. Investigating a fix.

@dhburns Just making a new package . https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/pull/24407 got fixed in the new release.
