Permanently download podcast files

I am a little saddened that Tiny tiny RSS isnt perma-downloading my podcast files as expected.
Can anyone provide guidance on getting that to happen?

This is a different question, and perhaps should have a thread of its own, but is there a pastebin equivalent for audio files? Where you upload and paste audio clips?
