    Hey guys! How about the NocoDB unstable flag:
    nocodb_unstable.png
    Here we would like to run NocoDB in production mode (such a great tool), so please, anyone knows more details about this flag?

    Thank you so much!
    Israel.

      I marked this as stable now. Email configuration is documented here - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/nocodb/#email

        @israel generally this flag means, that the app package is either still under development or we are not yet certain that future app updates will migrate data successfully.

        For nocodb it looks like we can mark it stable with the next release, as we haven't seen may error reports with the current package. If you want, you can try it and please report any issues you hit so we can move this towards stable soon.

          It's currently unstable because the email is not pre-configured. It's unclear how to do this since upstream has no way to do it - see https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/6549/email-configuration . I can mark the app as stable and remove the usage of sendmail addon altogether. So, the user has to configure it themselves since that's how the app is designed (Not an expert on the app, but for some reason, they consider making a user configure things as "nocode" )

            @girish
            You are right. NocoDB uses a App Store feature to setup the SMTP, please check:

            Thank you,
            Israel.

              @israel said in NocoDB unstable flag. Still unstable?:

              Right. The complication is that one has to create a project to setup SMTP. So, what does it mean for email before a project is created? What happens when the project is removed? Can one not reset admin password before creating a project? (I am going to test and document what they have right now, but these are typical questions we need to answer before making it stable).
