I need to use an Older version of Mautic. There are any way I can install Mautic 3.0 or 3.3 ?

@nennogabriel You can see if that version exists in https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/mautic-app/-/blob/master/CHANGELOG . For example, mautic 3.3.0 is package 2.2.0. So you can click on Mautic on app store and adjust the version in the URL bar to 2.2.0. You also probably want to disable automatic updates of the app under app -> updates, otherwise, it will keep updating to recent version.
