Odoo Community Edition, which has been requested for Cloudron, also has support for inventory management.

The MRP (Material/Manufacturing Resource Planning) category has modules for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Maintenance.

One nice way of working around "real estate" or "vehicle" management, is to treat the property, room or car as a calendar. Create a calendar for it, and then you can book it as occupied/busy for a period of time.

You might also use the Maintenance module in Odoo to help manage a property. Usually, Maintenance is for something like e.g. a smoke alarm. You would need regular tests, and occasional battery replacements. You might be able to use Maintenance for "repairing" the room, e.g. making the bed, opening the windows, cleaning, etc.

Odoo is quite amazing... if only we were able to deploy it!
