But specifically 'on whatever device they are using'
I know I am sad but currently 3 phones, 2 desktops (plus one hopefully waiting patiently for me in Kharkiv) and 3 laptops (micro, baby and full-size).
Books (novels) usually read on phones, but I have technical pdf/epub in my library which I consult on desktop/laptop.
Soo accessing wherever geographically and device-specific is my case for hosted library.
But then I may be in a small group of such users. -
just an fyi, it looks like they are rolling out some AI integreations with the book reader. No idea what api etc, but thought that was interesting, Did not see anything more on it other than a mention on the webpage, with a video demo with the selection of text from a book, and then clicking to a ai chat with "explain like I'm 5"
