      You'll see I've set the 'Administration guides' space to 'public'
      space-public.png

      However if you visit here: https://docs.transition-space.org you'll see everything is private.

      Is this a known issue?

        Actually if I change the default from public, I can then access permissions which then allow me to make them public.

        Bit weird/clunky but it does now work.
