Heyas, i just noticed, when a friend wanted to create an account, that i can't send mails to gmail. It gives me this error:
The IP you're using to send mail is not authorized to send email directly to our servers. Please use the SMTP relay at your service provider instead. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NotAuthorizedError f13-20020a05600c4e8d00b003c6f97b761esi8416758wmq.104 - gsmtp

This is how my status window looks:
      7e93ccfa-f079-4304-ae28-eea022f6ea4f-grafik.png
I am a bit puzzled about the warning sign telling me that my IP is NOT blacklisted?
Outbound is set to use the internal SMPT server

I noticed that too, think it's a UI bug.

Check your IP on something like http://mxtoolbox.com/ I'd guess you ARE on blacklists (ie the warning symbol is correct, the text is wrong)

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

@RazielKanos The Status tab is merely diagnostic (i.e just informational) and has no bearing on email sending/receiving as such. Are you seeing mails in gmail's Spam ? If you see Cloudron's mail event log, do you see anything interesting?

Oh, I missed this. See https://support.google.com/mail/answer/10336?hl=en . Basically, google does not like your IP. Maybe they have blocked the whole IP range of your VPS provider . You have to use a relay - https://docs.cloudron.io/email/#relay-outbound-mails
