    I migrated from Ghost (pro) instance to Ghost cloudron.

    I followed the recommended documentation for Importing my Ghost (pro)
    .Json into the Cloudron Ghost instance.

    I get the prompt, "Your import is being processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's complete. Usually this only takes a few minutes, but larger imports may take longer."

    It's been hours... I refreshed my page, etc,. No posts.. no settings.. nothing.

    I looked into the file manager, and found my 88.7mb json file where it's suppose to be.

    Ive rebooted the app and restarted the sequence to no avail.

    Assistance would be appreciated.

    @publicpr Have you see https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/ghost/#importing already? Did you bump the memory limit to a lot and also the node space ?

    @girish

    Yes I did. I bumped the memory limit to 4096, in the ENV file and in the Cloudron admin panel for the app.. I upgraded my linode to 8GB of Ram too, just for this.

    Solution: increase both poste & my SQL database memory limit in Cloudron services tab, to 2GB each. Reverted back to default after import

    I then restarted the entire server, and began the process of importing.

    it then worked!

    @girish May I suggest to include the solution in the documentation for importing. This was a fairly large import with nearly 4K posts.

    How do I flag this as solved?
