    In such a case, do you see => Initial setup in the app logs anywhere? Otherwise there is a cron job running: https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/easyappointments-app/-/blob/master/cron.sh

    Maybe run that manually in the webterminal into the app and does that also result in a reset of the app?

    @nebulon
    The logs don't show anything as they are present only for the last 2 days, whereas the last app reset occurred several days ago.

      @nebulon

      Also, i did see
      => Run sync task
      in the logs, at regular intervals, and the app's been running fine so far.

      So, difficult to say what exactly appeared in the logs when the app did get fully reset.

        Hi @nebulon.

        Didn't hear back from anyone regarding this.

        The issue is still persistent.

          @shrey unfortunately I have no angle to tackle this issue unless we can somehow reproduce this or get any logs or correlation with maybe updates or so.

            @nebulon

            I can't really access logs that far back.

            The app shows logs only for the past 2 days, whereas this 'reset' occurred around a week ago, most probably (maybe after the app got auto-updated to the latest version, on Jan 6th, 2023 ?). Is that something that can be looked into?

              @shrey have you tried to download the logs via the logviewer? Does it also only have 2 days worth of logs there?

                @nebulon By 'logviewer', i suppose you mean the 'Download Full Logs' option?

                    @nebulon tried that.
                    Downloads logs only for the past 2 days.

                      Alright, then we have to wait until this hits again and we have some logs or we find a way to reproduce this. Otherwise there is not much we can investigate for the moment unfortunately.

                          @shrey unless the update reproduces the issue, there is really nothing to look into without even logs 😕

                          To take a step back also, are you able to use the app currently or is there something which doesn't work directly?

                            @nebulon After i restored the data from an earlier backup, the app's been working fine so far.

                              @shrey I have made the package a bit more robust now. Let me know if you can reproduce this again.
