I'm getting an error — "We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end." — when trying to upload the server thumbnail or custom mascot as an admin. Maybe I have a permissions issue? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Do you see any errors in the app logs while trying to upload the thumbnail or mascot?

I just tried this and it seems like it worked for me. Are we talking about the same section in the settings:

@nebulon So weird. I had tried a bunch of times before - yes same setting - and yet today it works. Ok thanks.

@b2breporter Oh - not totally sure, but I think we figured it out. We were originally trying to post images that were much larger in file size.
