    Can you retry the update and check the app logs while the update is happening?

    @nebulon I threw caution to the wind and chose “skip backup”. Update went through without issues. Seems to have been something with the backup causing the issue.

    @shanelord01 Does a manual backup work? How is your backup setup?

    @girish I've disabled backups for now as I try and work out why there is an issue with it. My Linode backs up daily at the moment so worst case I recover the whole system.
