Codec not supported in logs

OK, this might just be an upstream issue at this point, and thats my next stop - however, I am running into an issue where my jellyfin will play only some .mkv format files, but not others... Argh
Any troubleshooting guidance or ideas?
@privsec MKV is a container format that wraps a bunch of useful stuff in one file.
If something doesn't play, it'd be nice to get the details of that file and the inner structure so you get more info on what's not working.
So if one mkv has an mp4 inside and plays fine, yet another has an avi and doesn't, that's a strong clue.

@robi interesting.
I thought upon using hand break to convert the video, it converts it from .avi/.mp4/whatever to .mkv
