    Hi,

how can I set the FreeScout timezone to Europe/Berlin?
The FreeScout System Status shows "UTC (GMT+0000)"

The problem is, that all timestamps in the messages are wrong,
because the timezone is not the one I am living in.

    Best
    Jay

Server timezones are usually UTC and the UI setting (often even per-user) can be set in the apps then. For Freescout there is a setting in the admin UI to do so.
