can't open documents

This is kind of annoying. I use the colabora server and a nextcloud, both in cloudron. all is working fine until it doesn't. I have no clue why!
Nexcloud claims it can connect to the colabora server, but when i try to open a document, i just get a blank screen. well, i got it fixed by deleting the collabora server and installing a new one under another subdomain, but I'm pretty sure it's just again a question of time until that breaks once more
