    Is it not possible to add local users? If I try the page refreshes but the user is not added.

    Edit: having checked the logs it seems it may be an issue with LDAP:

    PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$LDAP_FIELD_PASSWORD_CRYPTED in /app/code/htdocs/user/card.php on line 813

      On a fresh install, I am able to add internal local users.

        @girish Thaks for checking. That's odd then because this is also a fresh install and I even reinstalled it to check.

          I resolved this by disabling the LDAP module.
