Restarting - Waiting for Cloudron to start@nebulon I think that in the case of N8N, the email is configured through some environment variables within the application.
I entered cloudron notifications here and there is this

Restarting - Waiting for Cloudron to start@girish I only have 1 application installed on this vps, the "N8N". I don't think he even has the email container

Restarting - Waiting for Cloudron to start@girish when I run the command: "docker logs -f mail" it returns me this: "No such container: mail"
Which indicates that the container does not exist. Here are the containers -

Cloudron backup@subven Got it, restore the entire cloudron application then, not just the application I want.
One question, how do I locate this file? Could it be this file? /var/backups

Cloudron backupOne more thing, since I have already installed a new vps using the snapshot from the old one, when I enter its IP Address, the following message appears:
Theoretically it is installed, but I don't have access to it -
Cloudron backup@BrutalBirdie My native language is Portuguese-BR.
I'll summarize what I've done so far
With the help of a programmer/friend, we opted for the process of extracting the backup data files and restoring them to another CloudronWe just ran into some problems in the process.
First, when I downloaded this backup data file and we try to restore to the new clouron, it shows some errors, such as:Note: I made a new vps with the Snapshot from the old one, this is how I was able to extract the backup file from my old machine.

Cloudron backup@subven Which file/folder do I need to download from the old server? following option B: extract the backup data files and restore them to another Cloudron installed elsewhere, to be able to upload when restoring.
-
Cloudron backup@subven Yes, I have access to my vultr account. The only thing I have at the moment is the backup of my old server.
Is it possible to recover my old data from this backup? -
Cloudron backup@subven I think it was only saved in the account
I did a backup before but it was the whole server, my server was hosted on vultr. It wrecked my life.
I had made two levels of backup, one of the whole server, and another one inside the cloudron, but it wasn't locally. -
Cloudron backup@timconsidine I'm desperate, how can I get into my account when my vps no longer exists?
-
Cloudron backupI lost my VPS, it was destroyed, but I had backed up the cloudron before, can I recover my data somehow? Can I still have access to my account? Is it stored somewhere?

trying to scale N8N@roofboard Can you explain to me how you did it? This would be just fantastic for escalating requests to people who have machines crashing.
