Thanks for the information. I kinda figured this was the case. Don't really need the rest of the information as I use IONOs and get a 8GB RAM, 4vcore CPU, and 250GB space for $3.75 for 12 months (I wanted to leave and they said "Wait! Don't go!") and a free vps (the 1gb ram one) from Heliohost since I'm a moderator there and it's a perk. Thank you though.

Is it just me or is version 9 using way more memory? Like I swear I wasn't swapping with 1 GB of memory before this but it could just be that I didn't notice it? All I have is Navidrome installed.

@joseph tried removing captcha, won't create ticket. I tried adding new forms. Nothing. It's like there's something missing. I did remove needing an email address and password so guests could send tickets (trying to keep privacy at a maximum) so maybe that had something to do with it? Not sure where to start. Maybe I should reinstall? Lol 🫠

@scooke yes, nothing changed.

When enabling Captcha and attempting to create a ticket, it wont accept the captcha solution you put in. Instead it refreshes and says "* Invalid - Please try again!". I thought this had to do with not having GD Lib or something but modifying the php.ini does nothing.

Updating this to say no matter what I do, it wont create a ticket. This is a new Help Topic i created with custom forms. No idea what I did wrong here. This might take a while....

RethinkDB uses Wireguard as a proxy. It also has firewall and Adblocking stuff. It's like Adguard on steroids and it's free.

Fresh install. Haven't been able to use a laptop yet. I'll double check the app config but I'm almost sure it should be (idk what this even means) configured correctly.

Edit: Saw something about cloudflare proxying, I disabled that. Still cannot connect. Hmm.

Edit 2: Reinstalled the app. Disabled proxy in CF BEFORE I made a VPN file. Works now. Weird. Yay, adblocking and VPN without needing Adguard.

Trying to use my android with wireguard. Renamed the suffix to .conf and imported. No Internet connection when I'm using it. Tried different Internet connections. Nothing working. Used Rethink and it shows it failing to connect. Used OpenVPN before but it's not working now (???).

Hahahaha....oh boy. It took installing OSTicket to find out FreeScout was causing the issues. Emails send and receive perfectly now. 🫠

This is still happening even with other software. I didn't want to create a new topic for this, so i figured I would just bump this.

I did see in 2022 that this was being investigated in a support ticket. I am guessing no solutions for this so far? Ive tried to change the DNSBL zones but nothing works. Do we even need spam assassin or can we get rid of it?

I'm actually dumb. I set the receiving encryption in my SMTP settings to SSL instead of None like the directions say. Wow. I should really test more before posting a support request. Bleh.

I get this whenever I send mail to my FreeScout instance.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Maybe disable SpamAssassin or something?

Sorry I never got back on this. Been too busy plus I fixed it myself using @g66lol method. I had to use Gmail as a relay since my server wasn't being recognized fast enough

Having the same issue. Nothing is working. No idea how to fix this...

Not sure I understand. What whitelist are you referring to? Is this something inside AdGuard? Nothing really has changed in Cloudron 8 to affect behavior of AdGuard

The Allow list. It allows listed IPs to connect to the DNS and denies all others. It used to work but now that I've upgraded to 8, it won't allow my IP to connect, no matter if I use the exact one or use a range. The only time it works is when I remove all entries from it

Unfortunately, this isn't a "solution" for me since I want to use the whitelist to keep the hackers and bots out.

Is there something I can do maybe to remedy this?
