No response from cloudron team via email

We have emailed twice regarding our license, and still no response from either email sent to info@cloudron.io is anyone responding to emails.

@apesorguk I see an email from you from 4 hours ago but can't say we have received any other email. (there are some mails from 2023). For the future, a better email address is support@cloudron.io for license related queries . We will get to your ticket asap.

You might want to check your spam folder or try reaching out via their official forum. Social media channels can also help in reaching them out. If it's urgent, consider submitting a support ticket on their website.

Sorry it didn't work out. Intended Recipients: <support@cloudron.io> Failure Reason: Error: Unrecognized response from upstream server: 5.2.1 Subject is Mandatory
And I have sent other emails to gmail addresses and private ones and yours is the only one that bounces.

But the error message you shared seems to imply you didn't include any subject in the email and that was why it was rejected (I'm just guessing here but I think Cloudron use FreeScout to handle support emails and perhaps that requires subjects
) .
Try again with a subject?

I see the problem, I forgot and did not put a subject line, your systems seem to block them.

Yeah, I just tested emailing support@cloudron.io without a subject and it worked fine for me.
