HeyForm is an open-source form builder that allows anyone to create engaging conversational forms for surveys, questionnaires, quizzes, and polls. No coding skills required.
Features
- License: GPLv3
- Versatile Inputs: Up to 40+ form fields supported
- Logic: Conditional logic and URL redirections for dynamic, adaptable forms
- Integrations: Connect with webhooks, analytics, marketing platforms, and tools like Zapier
- Analytics: Detailed analytics, including drop-off rates and completion rates
Stack
- Mongodb
- Redis
This was open sourced in the last week and posted to Hacker News today. Would be great to have another alternative to Typebot and the somewhat old behemoth LimeSurvey for creating online forms.

@luckym I'm currently using NocoDB for forms and it's great, but this looks great too, thanks for sharing.
It sadly currently only seems to integrate with proprietary apps.

Would love to have a proper form app in Cloudron too! Heyform is actually amazing.

We seriously need a good form app in Cloudron. I don't know about you guys, but I use mail, outline, n8n, and WordPress in 90% of my Cloudron installations. A good form app will complete it for me, and I know for many of you guys. For now, we have FormBricks (but that's more like a survey tool than a normal form). HeyForm and OpnForm is where it is.

Seems to use/depend on mongo and keydb which is a faster multithreaded Redis. So it may be installable in a mongo based donor app.
