        Done. It looks like, with that canceled, I'll continue to have access to the Premium features until the end of the current period and then I'll automatically be downgraded to free. Is that right?

        I see in the doc you linked to:

        However, they won't receive any updates and you won't be able to install new apps.

        Is that the case? I'd like to just downgrade to Free and continue to receive updates. Is that not possible?

          Oh! AFAIK the won't receive any updates is wrong or used to be. Installing new apps will be locked, yes, but already installed apps will still get updates.
          @staff can we get a confirmation? Just to check doubly so. 🤔

            @mdrockwell

            Your apps and server will continue to work forever despite the cancellation. However, they won't receive any updates and you won't be able to install new apps.

            I think this is related in case you have more than two apps and downgraded to free.

              There was an option when canceling to choose downgrade to free, but since that's not inline with the documentation, I'd love some clarification. 🙂

              Also, @BrutalBirdie, you mentioned:

              Installing new apps will be locked, yes

              Is that the case if I downgrade to free, though? I'm at two apps now, but if I delete an app I would presumably be able to install another one, right? I just can't have more than two at a time?

                If the version is free you may not install more than two apps.
                Meaning, if you had premium and installed 100 apps and go free, you will not be able to install more apps but you get to keep all the installed apps.

                  Resolved in support@ . Currently, you have to email us to downgrade to free plan (after cancelling the subscription).

                    @girish thank you for the help on this!

                    Could we also get some clarification on some of the details?

                    • Now that my Cloudron is on the free plan, I will continue to receive updates for Cloudron and the two apps I have installed, correct?
                    • I currently have two apps installed on my Cloudron and am on the free plan, if I were to delete one of those apps, which would put me at one app installed, would I then be able to install another app on my Cloudron? As in, is it two apps on my instance at a time or I'm only able to install two apps total and each app I install will count toward that total whether I remove them or not?

                      @mdrockwell that's correct . yes to both .

                      The two corresponds to how many apps you have installed at that point in time. So, you can install and uninstall apps to be under that count .
