    Hi!

I'm trying to do a domain setup for the first time. I used the manual DNS option since I don't have a Namecheap API key. After doing all that I needed to do, I got to the "waiting for propagation" page. However, after waiting a long time, I decided to restart the setup by following the instructions on that page (If setup appears stuck, it can be restarted by running systemctl restart box and reloading this page).

After doing so, I'm now getting the error message "Unable to detect IPv6" on the domain setup page. What do I need to do to setup the domain?

I'm on a Mac and I'm a non-technical person, I only managed to restart the setup because ChatGPT helped me out...

    Thank you!

Maybe your server does not have any ipv6 ? If so, disable ipv6 in the domain setup advanced section.

Thanks for your reply! I tried again today and I'm no longer getting the ipv6 error but the following:

"DNS A Record of my.xxxxxxx.com is not synced yet: ETRYAGAIN"

Does that mean it's an issue on Namecheap's side?

        Thanks again!

All Cloudron does here is to check if all designated nameservers for this domain have propagated the A record.
This sometimes takes a longer time depending on the provider.

Can you already see the A record for my.xxxx.com resolving to your server's IP?

You can test this also from your server via SSH by running:

          host my.xxxx.com

I contacted Namecheap support and they helped me out with that part. The domain setup is done now! Thank you for the help!
