Hello all! I am working on a fresh install of Cloudron and am running into an issue with the SSL cert. I have the domain A records configured (my.X.domain[.]com & X.domain[.]com) pointed to the public IP address that I am using for port forwarding for the Cloudron server.

We are running behind a FortiGate and I have my WAN to LAN policy set from my external IP address that is reserved for Cloudron set to allow HTTP and HTTPS traffic. I can access the Cloudron server from my phone using 5G, so I know that port forwarding is working.

I just cannot figure out what is going on with Let's Encrypt and why I can't get a cert to renew or generate for my domain.

Any thoughts or feedback is really appreciated!

Have you checked the logs already? Go to Domains -> Renew Certs . That will show the logs for the renewal .

Which DNS scheme/provider are you using? Manual/Wildcard or one of the programmatic ones?
