    So im not sure what is going on, I just setup a new server and am trying to install gitea. However when ever I try, I am asked to login, login with a token or create an account. This is for the app store. So I create an account as i am a new user, enter my info, click submit only to get password is incorrect....on an account im creating.

    I dont know what is going on, im already frustrated to tears with this vps as the thing has been a nightmare since day 1. Now I am getting this error about my password for an account I havent created yet being wrong. I asked my hosts support and he shrugged and said to come ask here as he was as confused as I am. I tried reinstalling and everything. Nothing I do lets me create an account.

    Please help

      Do you mean you installed Cloudron on a new server?

      I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

        any chance of some screenshots ?
        I think I understand what you're saying on the flow, but it would be good to confirm.

        You said you've had problems with the VPS since day one. Is it a blank server you've installed Cloudron on, of there's other stuff installed ?
        May not matter but worth considering if there's a conflict.

          Hello @sssnake did you use the same e-mail for your cloudron.io account as you did here in the forum?
          We would like to look into it if there are accounts from you and why this is such a problem.

            Can you SSH and run cloudron-support --troubleshoot on the server? This should give us an idea of DNS issues etc.
