Hello, can I disable some Cloudron services?

I would like to leave only the services related to the baserow database. other services such as graphite, mail, mongodb,
    mysql.

This is currently not possible. The other services run in the background but usually they are harmless/idle and don't consume any resources if nobody uses this. This is the reason it's not been in focus to lazy start/stop services .

I'm less concerned about CPU than I am about for memory usage. On my system, graphite uses a decent amount of the limited memory, it would be great to be able to disable it.

In the coming release, the collector (collectd) has been replaced and will probably use lot less resources. You can disable it though since it's required for graphs to work. The new release has live graphs as well.

@slotapp2 On Cloudron, core services like MySQL, MongoDB, Mail, and Graphite cannot be disabled because they are part of the platform’s managed stack, even if unused; the best you can do is uninstall unnecessary apps, disable mail in the Email settings if not needed, and simply ignore the idle services since they consume minimal resources — if you want only Baserow without extra services, consider running it directly via Docker outside Cloudron.
