Hetzner: DNS Transfer to new Console
-
Update:
ACME seems to be having a solution for the issue already:

Ah, thanks for the heads up. You mean since they move from https://dns.hetzner.com/ to their unified https://console.hetzner.com ?
We have quite a few test domains at hetzner, hopefully we can reproduce and fix this easily also then.

For a start do not migrate any domains just yet. I migrated one of our test domains and yes the whole API changed and basically this is a like a new DNS provider now. We have to see how to workaround this, but that requires certainly a new Cloudron release (we will pack it into one of the first patch releases of Cloudron 9)
Anyways even Hetzner still marks that in the UI as beta, while also showing quite a motivating banner to move the zone over to the new system. Not ideal I would say.
If you have moved your domain already, then reconfigure it in Cloudron to use wildcard or manual for the moment until our backend is fixed/adjusted.

Is Hetzner not using https://dns.hetzner.com/api-docs#operation/GetRecords anymore ?

A new API has been implemented and it has all been migrated to Hetzner Console.

I think this better fits here, sorry for not searching properly before posting.

The other thread is really about the old Hetzner DNS api, so fine to keep this thread.
As mentioned in the other, work is tracked at https://git.cloudron.io/platform/box/-/issues/860
The implementation is just finished, pending some more testing. But the API fairly easy so I don't expect much hiccups.

Amazing work. Do you need some testers? Did you try migrating from the old version to the new one.
