Some apps have built-in cronjobs that trigger emails to contacts. When spinning up a clone to test plugins in a staging environment, the cloned app sometimes sends redundant emails, which needs to be avoided.

Please add a third option to suppress email triggers, ideally via a UI toggle when cloning from a backup.

      Hello @luckow
On that topic, it might also be a good idea to include the option to clone an app in recovery mode.
So the clone will start in recovery mode.
This would also prevent the start of the app itself and any undesired executions.
What do you think about this?

@james doesn't that add another step in the admin having to disable recovery mode?
