    Hi friends!
I need to forward some emails account for example client1@domain.com to client1@gmail.com/hotmail.com and to do that I configure Sieve Filters like explains this link: https://cloudron.io/documentation/email/#forward-all-emails-to-an-external-address

The forwards works fine to an accounts with a same domain (domain.com) but the mails do not arrive when the forwarder is set to gmail or hotmail.

    What can happen?
    Thanks a lot from already!
    My best regards!

@fer-raspo Can you check if the messages ended up in your spam folder? Also, can you maybe first send an email from your client1@gmail.com to client1@domain.com (so that gmail learns your address) and test it again?

@fer-raspo Are you using a mail relay by any chance? There is an issue that email forwarding is not working as expected when using a mail relay - https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/box/issues/593. We are working on a fix. Otherwise, are you able to join our chat at https://chat.cloudron.io and ping me there? (@girish).
