Looks potentially useful as an alternative to Rocket.Chat Live Chat/ Omnichannel (and proprietary tools like Intercom etc)

@thetomester13 I'm guessing perhaps you searched for Paper Cups with a space. At least now I've written that others will find this thread if they search for that

@jdaviescoates sadly I see this project is stated on their github as being in maintenance mode
