    https://selfhosted.libhunt.com/

Cloudron and Selfhosted.Libhunt is a match made in heaven.

For the benefit of both projects and their users, we should have a representation on each site. What should happen?

    Selfhosted.Libhunt

The template used to list the various projects there ought to have some sort of icon indicating whether the application is or is not currently supported for one-click deployment on Cloudron.

When new projects are listed on Selfhosted.Libhunt, some sort of automated communication ought to be sent to the developers notifying them to try and do what is needed so assist preparing the program for Cloudron deployment.

    Cloudron

To keep things tidy, a new section in the forum ought to be created, with a listing for each Selfhosted.Libhunt application. Each of these would act as a landing page for the developers and a focus for putting their project onto Cloudron.

Automated updates to this section ought to be created when Selfhosted.Libhunt adds a new application, perhaps using RSS or something like that.

    What do you think?

Might it swamp Cloudron with poor quality software? Might it be a great way of bringing people to Cloudron? Would Awesome Self Hosted by happy to integrate Cloudron onto their website? What might persuade them?

@loudlemur nice idea, although there is so much on https://selfhosted.libhunt.com/ I think it's probably best that Cloudron users use it as a research tool and manually curate the apps they most want into the App Wishlist thread

Saying that, as I understand it @staff would like to have the top 3 app in each category, so they could also use it to quickly see which apps in each category those are.

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

@loudlemur Sounds cool as a curation site as proposed by @jdaviescoates. Otherwise, imho it would not be suitable to add/embed this site in any way in Cloudron or its repository, as it has way too much advertising.
Not saying this is what you proposed, in fact I don't really get how you want to accomplish the "awesome" you wish. 😉

Ignorance is not an excuse anymore!

Sounds like someone needs to install the ublock origin browser plugin 🙂

I don't know how people live without it 😛

Indeed, but we can still see the ads spots on a page and so still figure out there's way too much ads 😉
